A long long time ago

Once upon a time there lived a young Floridian who found himself enchanted with a young Utah lass...

Hold on a second that is not a good way to start our first blog. It's better just to do a simple introduction.

"My name is Ada. I was born and raised in mountains of Utah on the 15th of March 1988. I am the youngest and only girl of four children. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints but I wasn't really active most of my life.
I was a really shy child but always found escapes in video games such as Earthbound and the Final Fantasy series. I also always loved reading and found myself more often in a library at school reading books than actually talking to kids.
I began watching anime when I was about 9 or 10 years old and I found myself a world with endless possibilities. Sailor Moon became my obsession and is still my absolute favorite show to this day. I have read every manga. I have seen every episode of the anime. I have watched more than half of the musicals and I watched all of the live action series. Again, I am kind of obsessed with that show. I am  just an overall nerd of all things. Below is me at a convention from last year even!
(I was Twilight Sparkle from My Little Ponies: Friendship is Magic)
The only social outlet I found was in theatre. I loved acting on the stage and it helped me make friends. My nerdoms also helped me to make some friends and branch out in school. Many of those nerdy friends remain dear to me to this day.
After high school I worked odd jobs and was really just trying to find my fit in life. As I was seeking something in my life I became more active in my church. I gained a testimony of the divinity of Jesus Christ and through his example I have learned to love others no matter what. Anyways, I felt inspired to go serve a mission for my church and received my call to serve in the Russia Yekaterinburg mission. I served for 19 months in the freezing cold Siberian Mountains but I loved every minute of it. I learned to love others and serve others unselfishly. Seriously, it was the best time of my life. I even met one of my dearest friends who remains like a sister to me this day.
After my mission I moved up to Provo to work on my degree. I am going into an undergraduate program in Philosophy with a double minor in Humanities/Russian. I want to go to law school after that and go into either civil rights law or adoption law but we will see what happens.
I met my wonderful husband on May 12, 2012 and officially started dating on the 15th of May. I pretty much knew right away that he and I meshed well together and I am so grateful for him in my life. He is a huge film nerd. He knows every composer, actor, and probably even the guy who walks across the screen for like two seconds. He was born in Utah but raised in Florida. He has and always will be a huge Indiana Jones fanatic. He has a kind heart and he also served a mission for our church in the Provo Utah and St.George Utah missions Spanish speaking. Yes I did laugh at that cause he served in my backyard basically.
We got married on December 15, 2012. We have been very blessed in our marriage. There have been some major setbacks in our dreams and goals but overall life is pretty darn good. We moved in with my parents which has helped everyone and are just going to school and working. Also we are totally obsessed with the Summer movie programs and have already seen almost every major blockbuster so far. "

So this blog is just about our lives. Perhaps a review of a movie here and there. Basically, just a good way for those around us to keep up with what's going on in our lives. Brandon may choose to post here from time to time.

With Regards,
Ada B.B.A.

P.S. I know my initials are ABBA now. Isn't that so cool.
